Article 9

Decision 2008/163/EC is repealed with effect from 1 January 2015. It shall however continue to apply to: (a) subsystems authorised in accordance with that Decision; (b) projects for new, renewed or upgraded subsystems which, at the time of publication of this Regulation, are at an advanced stage of development or are the subject of a contract which is being carried out.
