Details of reportable contracts including orders to trade
Article 5
1. The information to be reported pursuant to Article 3 shall include: (a) in relation to standard contracts for the supply of electricity or natural gas the details set out in Table 1 of the Annex, (b) in relation to non-standard contracts for the supply of electricity or natural gas the details set out in Table 2 of the Annex, (c) in relation to standard and non-standard contracts for the transportation of electricity the details set out in Table 3 of the Annex, (d) in relation to standard and non-standard contracts for the transportation of natural gas the details set out in Table 4 of the Annex. Details of transactions executed within the framework of non-standard contracts specifying at least an outright volume and price shall be reported using Table 1 of the Annex. 2. The Agency shall explain the details of the reportable information referred to in paragraph 1 in a user manual and after consulting relevant parties make it available to the public upon entry into force of this Regulation. The Agency shall consult relevant parties on material updates of the user manual.
