Article 2

The capital injection of EUR 50 million in favour of Adria Airways d.d. which the Republic of Slovenia implemented in 2011 constitutes aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. That aid is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
