Article 113

For the calculation of the capital requirements for non-life underwriting risk, life underwriting risk and health underwriting risk, insurance and reinsurance undertakings shall apply: (a) the non-life underwriting risk module to non-life insurance and reinsurance obligations other than health insurance and reinsurance obligations; (b) the life underwriting risk module to life insurance and reinsurance obligations other than health insurance and reinsurance obligations; (c) the health underwriting risk module to health insurance and reinsurance obligations.
