Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/51 Article 5

Entry into force and date of application

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 April 2015. However, Article 4 shall apply from the date of the entry into force of this Regulation.
