Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/262 (EPR) Article 44

Entry into force

Article 44

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2016. However, Article 39 shall apply from 1 July 2016 in those Member States that have not established an operational central database by 1 January 2016.
