Taxes, duties and charges

Article 11

Union assistance shall not generate, or activate the collection of specific taxes, duties or charges. Without prejudice to Article 31 of Annex IV to the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement, such taxes, duties and charges may be eligible under the conditions laid down in the EDF Financial Regulation.
