Changes to the policy for changing the internal model
Article 8
1. The insurance or reinsurance undertaking shall include in the application for approval of a change to the policy for changing the internal model the reason for changing the policy for changing the internal model and evidence that, after applying the changes, the requirements to approve this policy would be complied with. 2. Supervisory authorities shall approve the application to change the policy for changing the internal model only if they are satisfied that the scope of the policy is comprehensive and that the procedures described in the policy for changing the internal model ensure that the internal model meets on a continuous basis the requirements set out in Articles 101, 112 and 120 to 125 of Directive 2009/138/EC and, in the case of a partial internal model, also Article 113 of that Directive.
