Council Regulation (EU) 2015/523 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1(3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11) shall apply from 1 January 2015. Article 2 shall apply from 1 January 2014.
