Format of the emissions report

Article 12

1. The emissions report shall be submitted using automated systems and data exchange formats, including electronic templates. 2. The Commission shall determine, by means of implementing acts, technical rules establishing the data exchange formats, including the electronic templates. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 24(2).
