Regulation (EU) 2015/758 Article 14

Entry into force

Article 14

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 2(2), Article 5(8) and (9), Article 6(12) and (13) and Articles 8, 9, 10 and 12 shall apply from 8 June 2015. Articles other than those referred to in the second paragraph of this Article shall apply from 31 March 2018.
