ANNEX II The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 is amended as follows: (1) in Part A, entry 22 on ferric phosphate is deleted; (2) in Part D, the following entry is added: Common Name, Identification Numbers IUPAC Name Purity ( *1 ) Date of approval Expiration of approval Specific provisions ‘5 Ferric phosphate CAS No: 10045-86-0 CIPAC No: 629 Ferric phosphate Ferric phosphate 703 g/kg equivalent to 260 g/kg iron and 144 g/kg phosphorus 1 January 2016 31 December 2030 For the implementation of the uniform principles, as referred to in Article 29(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, the conclusions of the review report on ferric phosphate, and in particular Appendices I and II thereof, shall be taken into account.’ ( *1 ) Further details on identity and specification of active substance are provided in the review report.
