Regulation (EU) 2015/1525 Article 2

Article 2

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. It shall apply from 1 September 2016. 3. Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of this Article, points 5, 8, 9, 17 and 18 of Article 1 shall apply from 8 October 2015.
