Applicability of Regulation (EC) No 376/2008

Article 3

1. Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 shall apply save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation or in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1538. 2. Article 48(4) of Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 shall not apply where the quantity of sugar imported under the present Regulation is greater by not more than 5 % of the quantity indicated in the import licence. The additional quantity shall be considered to have been imported under that licence.
