Electronic systems for the exchange and recording of data

Article 7

1. Competent authorities may use electronic systems for the exchange and recording of data contained in attesting documents. 2. Member States shall take into account the complementarity, compatibility and interoperability of the electronic systems referred to in paragraph 1.
