Implementing acts laying down administrative and scientific requirements concerning traditional foods from third countries
Article 20
By 1 January 2018 the Commission shall adopt implementing acts concerning: (a) the content, drafting and presentation of the notifications referred to in Article 14 and of applications referred to in Article 16; (b) the arrangements for verifying the validity, without delay, of those notifications and applications; (c) the arrangements for the exchange of information with the Member States and with the Authority for submitting duly reasoned safety objections as referred to in Article 15(2); (d) the type of information to be included in the opinion of the Authority referred to in Article 17. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 30(3).
