Means for applying for and the issuing of Information Certificates INF 4

Article 38

1. Application for the Information Certificate INF 4 may be made by means other than electronic data-processing techniques and shall comply with the data requirements listed in Annex 22-02. 2. The Information Certificate INF 4 shall comply with the data requirements listed in Annex 22-02.
