Disclosure of information on the supervisory review process
Article 2
1. Supervisory authorities shall present the information to be disclosed under point (b) of Article 31(2) of Directive 2009/138/EC following the order of the tasks laid down in points (a) to (f) of Article 36(2) of Directive 2009/138/EC. 2. As part of that disclosure supervisory authorities shall provide a general overview of the manner in which they conducted the review and evaluation provided for in Article 36 of Directive 2009/138/EC.
