Article 1

1. The measures contained in the restructuring plan of 23 June 2015 and the corresponding set of commitments do not constitute new State aid. 2. The measures contained in the restructuring plan of 23 June 2015 and the corresponding set of commitments are such that the measures referred to in Article 1(1) of Decision 2013/298/EU remain compatible with the internal market.
