Agreement on the work programme
Article 3
The ESOs shall follow in its work programme the possible priorities expressed by the Commission for the execution of the request referred to in Article 1. The ESOs shall inform the Commission on any amendments to the work programme. New subjects for European standards or European standardisation deliverables may be added to the work programme where Annex I includes requirements for such subjects and these subjects relate to the priority areas and priority actions mentioned in Articles 2 and 3 and Annex I to Directive 2010/40/EU, and where the Commission has been consulted and agrees to that addition, after having informed the Committee established by Article 22 of Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012.
