ANNEX PARAMETERS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 3 For the purpose of this Annex, e.i.r.p. means equivalent isotropically radiated power, which is the product of the power supplied to the antenna and the antenna gain in a given direction relative to an isotropic antenna (absolute or isotropic gain). e.i.r.p. for video PMSE Type of Link e.i.r.p. Those local arrangements may be configured to take account of such factors as the location where spectrum is used as well as the technical characteristics of the use of spectrum for video PMSE, or for incumbent services. Member States may adapt the e.i.r.p limits for video PMSE set in the table if local circumstances in the relevant Member State and in neighbouring Member States allow for higher limits without compromising the coexistence of existing services.
