Article 1

1. The financial contribution from the Union towards the expenditure incurred by Germany in 2007 for the financing of emergency measures to combat bluetongue is hereby fixed at EUR 3 961 549,35. 2. The balance of the financial contribution from the Union remaining to be paid to Germany is hereby fixed at EUR 61 549,35.
