Designation of the Mission Headquarters

Article 3

1. The Mission Headquarters of EUTM RCA shall be located in Bangui, CAR. It shall perform the functions of both Operational Headquarters and Force Headquarters. 2. The Mission Headquarters of EUTM RCA shall include a support cell in Brussels.
