Secretariat

Article 13

1.   The Commission shall provide a secretariat for the panel and for all other activities relating to the application of this Decision. 2.   The secretariat shall be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the panel and to monitor compliance with the rules of procedure.
