Article 3
The position to be adopted on behalf of the Union at the 96th session of the IMO Maritime Safety Committee shall be to agree to the adoption of the following amendments to: — SOLAS Regulation II-2/13 as laid down in Annex 14 to IMO document MSC 95/22/add.2, — SOLAS Regulation II-2/18 as laid down in Annex 2 to IMO document SSE 2/20, — Chapter 8 of the FSS Code as laid down in point 1 of Annex 18 to IMO document 95/22/add.2, — Chapter 17 of the FSS Code as laid down in point 2 of Annex 18 to IMO document 95/22/add.2, — The 2011 ESP Code as laid down in Annex 15 to IMO document 95/22/add.2.
