Exchange of vessel monitoring system data
Article 1
1. As from 1 November 2016, the format to be used to report vessel monitoring system data referred to in Article 146f of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 and the respective implementation documents are amended as set out in the FLUX-P1000/P1000-07: Vessel Position domain specifications published on the Master Data Register page of the European Commission Fisheries website. 2. As from 1 July 2017, flag Member State systems shall be capable of replying to requests for vessel monitoring system data as referred to in Article 146f(3) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 using the format amended pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Article.
