Council Decision (EU) 2016/1232 Article 1

Article 1

The position to be taken on behalf of the European Union, within the Stabilisation and Association Council established by Article 126 of the Agreement, shall be based on the draft Decision of the Stabilisation and Association Council attached to this Decision. Technical amendments to that draft Decision may be accepted without further decision by the Council.
