Article 134

1. Articles 84 and 85 shall apply by analogy, as well as Article 29 of Annex V. 2. Any sums due from a contract staff member to the Agency under this insurance scheme at the date when the benefits are payable shall be deducted from the amount of his benefit or from the benefits payable to those entitled under him. The deduction may be spread over a number of months.
