Article 155
1. If the Disciplinary Board does not consider that it has sufficiently clear information on the facts complained of or the circumstances in which they arose, it shall order an investigation in which each side can submit its case and reply to the case of the other side. 2. The Chairman or a member of the Disciplinary Board shall conduct the investigation on behalf of the Disciplinary Board. For the purposes of the investigation, the Disciplinary Board may call for any documents relating to the matter before it. The Agency shall comply with any such request within the time limit, if any, set by the Disciplinary Board. Where such a request is addressed to the member of staff, note shall be taken of any refusal to comply.
