No digital transmission, communication or exchange of FIDUCIA information

Article 12

1. FIDUCIA information shall in no circumstances be transmitted digitally. 2. The Court of Justice shall not send FIDUCIA information to the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the Union, or to the Member States, or to the other parties to the proceedings or to any third party.
