Scope of additional requirements
Article 26
This Chapter establishes requirements additional to those applicable to insurance distribution in accordance with Articles 17, 18, 19 and 20, where the insurance distribution is carried out in relation to the sale of insurance-based investment products by any of the following: (a) an insurance intermediary; (b) an insurance undertaking.
