Coordination of notified bodies
Article 44
The Commission shall ensure appropriate coordination and cooperation between bodies notified under this Directive through the establishment of a sectoral group of notified bodies. The Agency shall support the activities of notified bodies in accordance with Article 24 of Regulation (EU) 2016/796. Member States shall ensure that the bodies notified by them participate in the work of that group, directly or by means of designated representatives.
