Subject matter

Article 1

This Directive lays down common minimum rules concerning certain rights of children who are: (a) suspects or accused persons in criminal proceedings; or (b) subject to European arrest warrant proceedings pursuant to Framework Decision 2002/584/JHA (requested persons).
