Scope

Article 2

1. This Directive shall apply to emissions of the pollutants referred to in Annex I from all sources occurring in the territory of the Member States, their exclusive economic zones and pollution control zones. 2. This Directive does not cover emissions in the Canary Islands, the French overseas departments, Madeira, and the Azores.
