Prior surveillance measures
Article 6
1. The Commission may adopt, by means of implementing acts, prior surveillance measures in regard to imports from the Republic of Moldova where the trend in imports of a product is such that it could lead to one of the situations referred to in Articles 3(1) and 4(1) and (3). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 13(3). 2. Prior surveillance measures shall have a limited period of validity. Unless otherwise provided, they shall cease to be valid at the end of the second 6-month period following the first 6 months after their introduction.
