Implementing powers concerning traceability requirements for germinal products
Article 123
The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, lay down rules concerning: (a) technical requirements and specifications for marking as provided for in Article 121(1); (b) operational requirements for the traceability provided for in delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 122(1). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 266(2).
