Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/539 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 8 April 2016. However, points 1, 2 and 4 of Article 1 shall apply from 25 August 2018, with the exception of point 1(g) of the Annex, which shall apply from 8 April 2016.
