Re-establishment of the EURES network

Article 5

1.   The EURES network is hereby re-established. 2.   This Regulation replaces the regulatory framework on EURES as set out in Chapter II of Regulation (EU) No 492/2011 and Implementing Decision 2012/733/EU adopted on the basis of Article 38 of that Regulation.
