Article 2
By way of derogation from Article 15(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014 and in case the Member States use the derogation as provided for in Articles 1 and 3 of this Regulation, for the year 2016, the amendments made to the single application or payment claim in accordance with Article 15(1) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014 shall be notified to the competent authority by 15 June. The derogation provided for in Article 1 of this Regulation and in the first paragraph of this Article shall also apply for the purpose of calculating the periods of 26, 35 and 10 calendar days, respectively, after the final date of submission of the single application, aid application or payment claims and the final date for notification of amendments as referred to in Articles 11(4) and 15(2a) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014.
