Article 13

1. The application of this Regulation shall in no circumstances interfere with procedures laid down in Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 6 ) and Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 7 ) . 2. This Regulation shall not interfere with intellectual property rights or rights of intellectual property owners.
