Administrative and management structure

Article 46

The Agency's administrative and management structure shall comprise: (a) a Management Board, which shall exercise the functions set out in Article 51; (b) an Executive Board, which shall exercise the functions set out in Article 53; (c) an Executive Director, who shall exercise the duties set out in Article 54; (d) one or more Boards of Appeal, which shall exercise the functions set out in Articles 58 to 62.
