Actions before the Court of Justice of the European Union

Article 63

1. Actions for the annulment of Agency decisions taken pursuant to Articles 14, 20 and 21, or for failure to act within the applicable time limits, may be brought before the Court of Justice of the European Union only after the appeal procedure within the Agency in accordance with Article 58 has been exhausted. 2. The Agency shall take all necessary measures to comply with the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
