Actual reporting population
Article 3
1. The actual reporting population shall consist of resident credit institutions and resident foreign branches of credit institutions, regardless of whether or not they are institutions supervised under Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 10 ) . 2. Reporting agents shall report credit data on an individual basis in accordance with Articles 4 and 6. 3. Reporting agents shall report to the relevant NCB.
