Means of transmission
Article 8
1. Persons professionally arranging or executing transactions and market operators and investment firms operating a trading venue shall submit a STOR, including any supporting documents or attachments, to the competent authority referred to in Article 16(1) and (3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 using the electronic means specified by that competent authority. 2. Competent authorities shall publish on their website the electronic means referred to in paragraph 1. Those electronic means shall ensure that completeness, integrity and confidentiality of the information are maintained during the transmission.
