Additional arrangements for dissemination of summary or extract of recommendations
Article 9
1. In addition to the information laid down in Article 8, persons who disseminate a summary or an extract of a recommendation produced by a third party shall ensure that such summary or extract: (a) is clear and not misleading; (b) is identified as a summary or extract; (c) includes a clear identification of the original recommendation. 2. The persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall also ensure that the information regarding the producer of the recommendation set out in Articles 2 to 6 is made available either directly, in the summary or in the extract itself, or through reference to the place where that information can be accessed by the persons receiving the summary or extract of the recommendation free of charge.
