Interest rate benchmarks

Article 18

The specific requirements laid down in Annex I shall apply to the provision of, and contribution to, interest rate benchmarks in addition to, or as a substitute for, the requirements of Title II. Articles 24, 25 and 26 shall not apply to the provision of, and contribution to, interest rate benchmarks.
