Registration of hybrid breeding pigs in breeding registers

Article 23

1. Breeding operations shall, at the request of their breeders, register in their breeding register any hybrid breeding pig of the same breed, line or cross that fulfils the requirements set out in Part 2 of Annex II. 2. Breeding operations shall not refuse to register in their breeding registers any hybrid breeding pigs that have been registered in accordance with Part 2 of Annex II in a breeding register established for the same breed, line or cross by a breeding operation recognised in accordance with Article 4(3) in the same or in another Member State.
