Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 Article 52

Penalties

Article 52

Member States shall lay down the penalties applicable to infringements of this Regulation and shall take all measures necessary to ensure that they are applied. Those penalties must be effective, proportionate and dissuasive. Member States shall notify those provisions to the Commission by 1 November 2018 and shall notify it without delay of any subsequent amendment affecting them.
