Information to be included in a recovery plan

Article 3

A recovery plan shall include at least the following items: (1) a summary of the key elements of the recovery plan, in accordance with Article 4; (2) information on governance, in accordance with Article 5; (3) a strategic analysis, in accordance with Articles 6 to 12; (4) a communication and disclosure plan, in accordance with Article 14; (5) an analysis of preparatory measures, in accordance with Article 15.
