Preliminary dialogue on the resolution strategy
Article 63
The group-level resolution authority shall organise a preliminary dialogue with the resolution authorities of subsidiaries to perform all of the following: (1) discuss a preliminary proposal on the resolution strategy for the group; (2) verify whether any of the information necessary for the development of the group resolution plan and the resolvability assessment is already available to any of the competent authorities, and share this information in accordance with Article 11(2) of Directive 2014/59/EU; (3) determine the additional information to be requested from the Union parent undertaking; (4) agree on any contributions needed from the resolution authorities of subsidiaries to the group-level resolution authority for the development of the group resolution plan and the performance of the resolvability assessment.
